With Bellator champ Eddie Alvarez out, “JZ” Calvancante wants Joachim Hansen at DREAM.11

Gesias “JZ” Calvancante (14-3-1) won’t get his first choice of an opponent, but he’s got a second pick in mind for DREAM.11.

Although initial plans to fight Eddie Alavarez fell apart when the slugger won Bellator Fighting Championships’ first-ever lightweight title earlier this year, Calvancante hopes he can now score a fight with notable Joachim Hansen (19-7-1) instead.

The American Top Team fighter, whose 13-fight undefeated streak ended with recent back-to-back losses, discussed the potential fight with MMAjunkie.com Radio.
