WEC 44 medical suspensions: Nunes, Swanson, Banuelos suspended six months

LAS VEGAS – The Nevada State Athletic Commission has issued medical suspensions to seven fighters, including headliner Mike Brown, from this past Wednesday’s “WEC 44: Brown vs. Aldo” event, and three of the competitors could be out of action for up to six month.
Diego Nunes, Cub Swanson and Antonio Banuelos were issued the lengthy suspensions for injuries ranging from an orbital blowout fracture to a broken hand.
MMAjunkie.com recently requested and today received the full list of suspensions from the NSAC.
