Wanderlei Silva vs. Michael Bisping (not Yoshihiro Akiyama) now targeted for UFC 110

On this past Friday’s edition of MMAjunkie.com Radio, UFC president Dana White hinted that a would-be UFC 110 headliner between Wanderlei Silva (32-10-1 MMA, 2-5 UFC) and Yoshihiro Akiyama (13-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) could be scrapped for a different matchup.
He apparently was referring to the fact that Silva instead will meet recent UFC 105 winner Michael Bisping (18-2 MMA, 9-2 UFC) at the event.
UFC 110 takes place Feb. 21 at Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia.
