This is the UFC on Versus 1 live blog for Brandon Vera vs. Jon Jones, the main event of tonight’s Versus card.
The much-hyped Jones faces his toughest test in former prospect Vera. Both are coming off losses in fights where they arguably should have won. Jones is coming off the first blemish of his career, a disqualification loss against Matt Hamill. Vera lost in his last fight in a controversial decision loss to Randy Couture.
