UFC President Dana White and the winning fighters from UFC 110 will meet the press in Sydney, Australia shortly after UFC 110 ends for the UFC 110 post-fight press conference, and you can watch it right here at MMAFighting.com.

UFC 110 takes place Sunday afternoon in Australia, which is Saturday night in the United Staets, the post-fight press conference will start about 20 minutes after UFC 110 ends, which should be around 1 AM ET on Sunday, and the video is below.
