Rafael Rebello out; George Roop vs. Eddie Wineland in the works WEC 46 prelims

After WEC bantamweight Jesse Moreng was forced to withdraw from the
preliminary card of “WEC 46: Varner vs. Henderson,” George Roop (10-5
MMA, 0-0 WEC) found himself without an opponent.

Now, that has changed.

Rafael Rebello, who was scheduled to face former WEC champ Eddie
Wineland (15-6-1 MMA, 2-2 WEC) on the same card, was also forced to
pull out of the event. Rather than seek two new opponents, the WEC has
elected to pit Roop against Wineland.
