Notes from the Fedor Emelianenko-M-1 presser

Fedor Emelianenko held a press conference Wednesday in
Anaheim, California to discuss his future following the cancellation of
Affliction "Trilogy."

The only official news coming out of Wednesday’s conference was not a fight signing but that the fighter has signed to headline the upcoming EA Sports MMA videogame. Below are other topics that M-1 and Fedor touched on.

- Fedor remains in negotiations with a number of promotions, including Strikeforce and the UFC, but the major roadblock from signing with the UFC is still co-promotion.
