Monte Cox’s Adrenaline MMA finalizes full card for Sept. 13 event in Iowa

Monte Cox’s Adrenaline MMA organization returns for its fourth show on
Sept. 18, and the promotion today revealed the full 13-fight event card.

In addition to the previously announced co-main event bouts of Tim
Sylvia (24-6) vs. Jason Riley (6-1) and Houston Alexander (8-4) vs.
Sherman Pendergarst (11-14), UFC vets Forrest Petz (15-7) and Chad
Reiner (19-8) will also meet on the evening’s main card.

Adrenaline MMA IV takes place at Mid American Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The main card airs live on HDNet.
