Fans invited to Gina Carano/Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos presser in New York City on July 14

Kicking off promotion for the biggest fight in women’s MMA history, Strikeforce is holding a July 14 press conference with Gina Carano and Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos on July 14 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The two fighters headline Strikeforce’s Aug. 15 show in San Jose, Calif., and fight for the organization’s first-ever women’s 145-pound title.

Strikeforce executive Mike Afromowitz today told MMAjunkie.com that fans are invited to the event, which will include an autograph session with both fighters.
